WJAC reported that police charged 20 year old Duante Day of Altoona with allegedly sending numerous strongly worded text messages to a teen girl asking her to hang out. The report states that the girl told her friends that she did get together with Day, and that day tried to kiss her, which she refused. She also told police soon after that incident, she received lewd photos of day, and that he asked her to return nude photos of herself. Day was arraigned Friday and charged with filming sex acts, disseminating sexually explicit materials and unlawful contact with a minor. Day is free on unsecured bail.
