A report by WTAJ ndcates that police arrested 42 year old Robert German of Altoona for allegedly raping the woman back on March 18th. The report states that the victim called an Altoona Police detective to say she was raped. She said she met German at a local bar, then was allegedly taken to a strip club but doesn’t remember anything after that. She said she then woke up to find German standing next to her bed, and he had placed $300 on a table. She told police she did remember German on top of her. Police did say that cellphone records showed that German was at the victim’s home around 5 am on March 19th. He is charged with rape and sexual assault.
