A report by WTAJ indicates that city police were sent out to a robbery call, when they got to the scene, they discovered a cashe of drugs. The report states that 46 year old Allen Phelan Jr of 15th avenue told police that someone broke into his apartment last Friday. An ope safe was found with Clonazepam pills he said he used for panic attacks. Police the discovered a bottle with white powder residue. After obtaining a search warrant, police found fentanyl, meth, marijuana, Suboxone strips and pills. And they also found drug paraphenalia. Phelan was charged with drug possession and a list of other charges. He is in the Blair County jail.
