News reports surfaced this week about a teenager who made public threats against the school district last year, went missing from a treatment facility. A report by WJAC indicated yesterday that the juvenile has been returned to that unnamed facility and is no longer a threat. The suspect was accused of making the threat earlier this calendar year against Westmont, but was apprehended before anything happened. Cambria D.A. Greg Neugebauer says that because of the juvenile status, the state cannot press charges in adult court.
