A report by WJAC indicates that state police were sent to DelGrosso’s amusement park on August 6th for a disturbance. The report indicates that police encountered 57 year old Ann Carbaugh from Duncansville. Police said that Carbaugh was making accusations that some of the working staff at the park had abused a child, and she allegedly called Childline to make the allegations. Carbaugh was asked to leave the park but refused according to the report. She is charged with defiant trespassing, disorderly conduct and filing a false child abuse report.
