A report by WJAC indicates that police charged 43 year old Matthew Sisco of Duncansville for allegedly sexually abusing the 9 year old numerous times in 2020. The report states that Sisco allegedly told the child’s mother that it was the child’s fault because she dressed in a provocative manner. Sisco is accused of molesting the child in her bedroom on 6 different occasions. Police say that Sisco allegedly told the child that the abuse was normal, and asked the child to do sexual things to him. He told police during questioning he has no memory of the incidents. Sisco is charged with corruption of minors and indecent assault.
