A report by Pa state police indicates that they arrested a 12 year old boy for allegedly stealing an SUV from a woman. The report contained very few details, only to say that troopers were summoned to a call that the 12 year old was spotted driving the SUV in Everett borough. The child was picked up by police and charged through Bedford County Juvenile Probation. Because of his age, the child’s name was not released.
