News reports indicate that the son of Nancy Focht testified at the trial that his parents had the normal couples arguments over time. Focht is charged with shooting her husband to death back in 2018. Focht claimed to have been a victim of domestic violence, but her son contradicted that claim in court. He told the jury that his parents did argue, but no to the extend of physical violence. Her son testified that his mother told him that she killed her husband. She also told police that her husband threatened to kill her during their final argument.
