WTAJ reports that police arrested 23 year old Daniel Heitzenrater of Glen Campbell, Pa for allegedly following the teen girl around a park and asking her to kiss him. The victim reported the incident to Punxsy police while she was with a group of friends at the park. Heitzenrater saw the girl talking to police and he fled the scene. He was picked up a short time later, and admitted he knew how old the teen was. He is locked up in the Jefferson County jail, charged with harassment, stalking, criminal attempt of indecent assault and corruption of minors.
