Last week, the jury returned a guilty verdict against Nancy Focht. She was on trial for the fatal shooting of her husband David Focht Sr back in 2018. The jury took just 90 minutes to bring back the guilty verdict on Friday. Focht was accused of killing her husband following an argument, and she apparently had changed her story several times throughout the entire investigation and trial. Focht’s son testified that his parents did not fight outside of the usual marriage conflicts, when his mother at one point claimed she was physically abused by her husband. Focht will be sentenced in late October.
