According to a WTAJ report, police have charged 24 year old Jasmine Biddle with several counts resulting from a crash on Beale Avenue back on April 25th. The report indicates that Biddle allegedly crashed her car while under the influence of alcohol after she was seen speeding on broad avenue when she came upon a second vehicle coming in the opposite direction. Biddle crashed into that second car. She is charged with DUI and related offenses. The second driver suffered multiple injuries. Biddle’s blood alcohol content was reportedly 1.5 times higher than the .08 limit.
