Authorities report that state police captured 31 year old Amir Rouse on the turnpike in Bedford County near mile marker 188. Police say that rouse topped out at 130 mph on the turnpike before he crashed at the Breezewood interchange. Police said that they confiscated marijuana in Rouse’s car. He was cited for felony fleeing and eluding police, and 13 other offenses. Police were not specific about any charges coming out of Philadelphia, only to say that he is a suspect in a shooting there. He is locked up in the Bedford County jail on $100,000 bond.
