News reports indicate that police have charged 30 year old Kenneth Lampfnfeld and 21 year old Sarah Sibold with allowing the child to ingest Methamphetamines from a plate on a table while in their care. The report says that the couple denied using drugs when questioned by police, but changed their story after doctors confirmed the child had ingested meth, which caused her to have seizures and go in and out of a conscious state. The child was stabilized, but had to be flown to UPMC Childrens Hospital for further treatment. Lampenfeld and Sibold are charged with numerous counts, including child endangerment, reckless endangerment and are both in the Blair County jail on $50,000 bond.
