A report by the Altoona Mirror indicates that police stopped 42 year old Deborah Lee Wilson on the night of September 13th, after she apparently ran by the checkpoint located on Bellwood Road, and ended up behind a house on e. Pleasant valley blvd. Lee apparently began to argue with police after refusing to show identification. The report states lee became beligerent and asked officers for their ID. They were in uniform and had a squad car with flashing lights. Lee was arrested after police found marijuana, and that there were 4 outstanding warrants against her. She is charged with DUI, fleeing and eluding police, driving with an expired inspection sticker, resisting arrest, drug possession and possession a controlled substance.
