A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that police have charged 24 year old Nicholas Riggleman with attacking the woman on Sunday. The report indicates that the voitim told police she had several drinks with Riggleman at his apartment, and began to feel drunk. She then said that Riggleman allegedly took her to a bedroom and sexually assaulted her. She told officer Riggleman raped her, and she was afraid for her life because his brother was arrested in another case, and she did not know what Riggleman was going to do. He is charged with rape, sexual assault, strangulation, aggravated indecent assault and other charges. He is free on bail.
