A report by WJAC indicates that police have charged 70 year old Calvin Zook of Martinsburg with attacking a girl while at an Altoona Curve game on august 12th. The TV report says that Zook allegedly pinned the girl up against a food service counter, then used an ice cube to rub it on her leg and near her buttocks area. The victim told police that she never meet Zook before the incident. Zook apparently later admitted the incident to police and was charged with indecent assault and corruption of minors. Police say Zook was at the game working as a volunteer.
