Television news reports suggest that a slew of new charges have been levied against the embattled former city executive. He was arrested earlier this year for allegedly stealing more than $600,000 from the city of Dubois. The new charges include alleged thefts form the Dubois Volunteer Fire dept, a JP Morgan Chase Visa card, United Way, and the City of Dubois. The new charges include 13 felony counts and 10 misdemeanors of theft, fraud, proceeds of unlawful acts for avoiding transaction reporting and a count of obstruction. These new charges are alleged to have taken place between 2014 and 2022.
