Television news reports suggest that police arrested 24 year old Keith Kielbowick of Gallitzin after they were called out to a home on Devlin Street last Thursday. A woman in the home told police she had been assaulted by a relative, which led police to search the home where they found what is being called a home made explosive device. Kielbowick is charged with felony unlawful possession of weapons of mass destruction, risking a catastrophe, attempted arson and other charges. He also faces felony drug charges from a separate case. Kielbowick is in the Cambria County jail on $450,000 bail.
