News reports indicate that police in both states have charged 38 year old Michael Vaughn Jr of Williamsburg with allegedly sending explicit messages to a person he thought was a 15 year old. Turns out that the 15 year old was actually an undercover operative for the Front Royal, Va police. Vaughn is alleged to have asked the decoy for explicit material and photos. Virginia detectives came to Blair County and arrested Vaughn with the help of the pa state police. He was taken to the Bedford County jail and held on $40,000 bond.
