Television news reports indicate police arrested 38 year old Marquis Harris and 37 year old Sandra Colon both of Altoona on drug charges. The reports state that they couple was arrested after members of the State Police SERT team executed a warrant in a third avenue home. Altoona police and drug task force offices took over after that. Police say they recovered a large plastic bag that allegedly contained heron, crack cocaine, acid pills, marijuana and other drug paraphenalia. The drugs were valued at more than $70,000. Colon and Harris were placed in the Blair county jail after they were arraigned on Friday, and are both being held on bail.
