70 year old Steve Vanzuidan of West Mifflin said he took a chance and purchased a $20 scratch off ticket for the “$1 Million Seriously” game and hit the jackpot. He bought the ticket Sept. 22 and collected his $1 million prize just 3 days later. Vanzuidan says that he has played the lottery for the past 30 years. The Shop and Save grocery store will get a bonus for selling the winning ticket. The game has been on sale since April, with $1 million being the top prize.
