A report by WTAJ indicates that police apprehended 43 year old Cesar Suarez Carrasquillio and 36 year old Akiea Stewart at a 16th street apartment that contained a substantial amount of drugs. The report says that police arrived at the scene and knocked on the door which got no answer. They then opened the door and found both Stewart and Carrasquillio trying to destroy the drugs into a garbage can. They were arrested for possessing heroin, that was worth $6000 according to police. Stewart told police they frequently traveled to Allentown to purchase drugs to bring back here to sell. Both are locked up in the Blair County jail.
