Television news reports indicate police charged 28 year old Raven Burrow of Jonesboro, with having sex with the victim, who at the time was 15 years old back in 2017. Police report that the two met for sex at least 3 times, twice inside a car in the parking lot of the Logan Valley Mall, an once in East Freedom. Police suspect the two met up somewhere else on 2 other occasions. The teen told police he had sex with burrow in her vehicle several times. Burrow is accused of sending a text message asking the teen to meet her. Burrow has a history of this sort of crime, according to state police. She is charged with felony indecent sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age and 5 counts of statutory sexual assault.
