News reports indicate that 38 year old Marquis Harris is facing attempted homicide charges for his alleged role in a March shooting in Altoona. Police say that Harris is wanted for allegedly shooting a man in the hand back on march 12th. The victim told police he and Harris argued after the victim was told to leave his girlfriends apartment. That is when the alleged shooting took place. Harris was identified by the victim after he gave police a description to police after the shooting. Harris was taken in to custody last Friday during a drug raid, and police report he has a criminal history in both New Jersey and Altoona.
