According to a WJAC report, Blair County Coroner Patty Ross has identified the victim as Rodney Walters of Altoona. He was apparently installing a natural gas boiler at the Bobcat dealership in Martinsburg on Tuesday, when he suffered a sudden cardiac episode according to Ross. The building had partially collapsed as a result of the blaze. Fire officials say the windy conditions on Tuesday made it difficult to fight the flames. A state police fire marshal is investigating the fire to pinpoint the cause.
