A report by WTAJ indicates that they obtained a letter from accused killer Raymond Oechsle claiming he killed others during the 1980’s. According to the letter and the report, Oechsle claims to be the Frankford killer of Philadelphia who killed several people during the 1980’s. According to WTAJ, the letter has not been verified as belonging to or written by Oechsle. He is charged with the April killing of Christopher Helsel, and keeping his body inside his 8th avenue apartment for 3 days. Oechsle is also accused of stabbing other inmates inside the Blair County prison, after being released from the isolation block.
