Various news reports suggest that 47 year old Harry Miller of Martinsburg pleaded guilty yesterday to numerous counts involving possession, manufacturing and trafficking illegal guns. Miller was charged back in April by the bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms for selling the weapons without serial numbers or having a license to sell them. Miller, along with Craig Zahradnik and Wayne Farabaugh were all charged in the case. Numerous guns that were being trafficked, were seized by the feds. Miller is facing up to 70 years in federal prison as a result of his guilty plea.
