Police say they arrested 24 year old Xinyu Li and charged him with allegedly setting up a cellphone camera that pointed into a shower on October 7 and 14. The report says that female students called to complain about a phone camera they noticed while they showered. Li gained entrance to the building by following others inside once the doors were opened. He was tracked down after some reported seeing him get into a maroon pickup truck. That vehicle is registered to a business named Comet Tech, which Li is listed as the founder and owner. He is charged with invasion of privacy and criminal trespassing.
