The Altoona Mirror reports that 22 year old Kyle Luckadoo of Mt. Union entered a guilty pale to charges including aggravated assault for the Sept 22 bating of another inmate. Video evidence shows that Luckadoo and several other inmates walking into a cell and beating another inmate over illegal commissary monies. Two other inmates are John Jukes, who received 18.5-37 years for his part, and Richard Ewing was given 20-40 years for the assault. Luckadoo is facing 10-20 years, and will be sentenced in January.
