WJAC reports that Clearfield County officials are warning residents using absentee ballots, that there could be a problem, and that their ballots could be thrown out. Apparently some of those ballots have been returned, but not completed correctly, such as your signature or the date you filled out the ballot either missing or incorrectly filled out. Those are required for your ballot to be properly counted. Also officials say that people using the ballots are not putting them in the secrecy envelope and then using the mailing envelop. One official in Clearfield says that the way to prevent this is to actually get out to your polling place and cast your vote.
