Voters decided to give Mayor Matt Pacifico his third term in office. But by government charter rules, this will be the last term for mayor Pacifico. He was chosen mayor before the new charter was envoked, so he could run for two more terms after his first one was completed. Incumbent Jesse Ickes won re-election to city council and will be joined by newcomer Shelley Clinich. Those were the only seats up for grabs at city hall this year. Mayor Pacifico defeated challenger Bryant Geiselman by nearly 3000 votes.
