Dauphin county man arrested for threats

A report from Harrisburg indicates that police arrested 73 year old David Lassiter after he threatened to return to his polling place armed. Police said that Lassiter returned to the polling place to retrieve his missing wallet, went home and called police to tell them that $100 was missing. He then said on the phone he was going to grab a gun and come back. Police were waiting for him, and he did return. Police tried to dissuade Lassiter from coming back. Police said when he arrived, he became combative with officers and allegedly pointed a loaded gun at a marked police vehicle. They found numerous weapons inside his vehicle. He was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and possession of instruments of a crime.
