Many would like to shop at businesses owned by military veterans, but how do you know which businesses they are? A state bill has been introduced that would create a special logo, free of charge, for veterans to display on their businesses. To be eligible, a business would have to register with the Dept., of State.
The bill recently passed the Pa., Senate and is currently in the House. Under the bill, anyone who falsely claims to be a veteran in order to receive the logo, would face criminal penalties.
