Pa. Drivers Pay More Despite Price Drop

Pa., drivers continue to pay higher-than-average prices at the pump. Triple-A reports the average price for a gallon of regular has fallen in the state to a couple of tenths, over three dollars and 63 cents, while the national average declined slightly to three-39 a gallon.  Texas remains the low price leader with a statewide average of two-84 a gallon, while California’s falling price is still the highest in the nation at five-09 a gallon.
