A report by WTAJ indicates that police have charged 54 year old Tonya Dibert of stealing $54,000 over a 10 month period from the Lower Snake Spring Valley church. The report indicted that Dibert confessed to pa state troopers abut the alleged theft. Dibert told the troopers that she used the money for bills, credit card payments and other personal things. She was charged with theft and forgery
