Altoona Police have charged a city man for allegedly grooming a teen girl for sex. Police say 56 year old Benjamin Havens may also have solicited other teens in the area as well. The Altoona Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division is asking that possible victims of Havens please call them at 814-949-2524. Last month Havens was charged with felony child pornography, corruption of minors, sexual abuse of children and unlawful contact with a minor. He is currently being held in the Blair County prison in lieu of bail.
