Television news reports indicate that police have arrested Gregory Wilson of Lewistown, Walter Sitosky of Houtzdale, Christopher Crispen of Howard and Robert Mansberger of Cassville, mall for tryiig to meet teenagers for sex. Law enforcement described the investigation as long but productive. Federal prosecutors could pick up all four of the cases, but as of now only the case against Wilson is federal in nature. Federal state and local law enforcement agencies all participated in the investigation. Charges include trying to meet with underage teenagers and pay them for sex.
