Police reports indicate that charges have been filed against 50 year old Rod Hardy, for allegedly touching a female family member while she was sleeping. The reports indicates that the victim woke up late Sunday night to find that Hardy was allegedly molesting her in her sleep. Hardy denied the allegations by state police at first, but then apparently later confessed to touching the woman. A social worker actually made the report to police. Hardy was arraigned yesterday on charges of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault of an unconscious person. He is in the Huntingdon County jail on $25,000 bond.
