WJAC reported that two men identified as 23 year old Nicholas Dubbs and Caleb Crust have been arrested and charged with vandalizing the park on October 28th. According to the report, the two men allegedly broke into the park, took go carts and ran them over the basketball courts and through the park damaging another display. Logan twp police said that once they arrived on scene, the suspects took off. Dubbs and Crust are each charged with felony criminal trespass and criminal mischief, along with evading arrest. Police say that the damage caused totals more than $70,000, but that figure could change and be added to possible restitution costs.
