An Altoona man already in jail after he was accused of stabbing his neighbor to death, earlier this year, has had 12 of 14 charges against him bound over to court after allegedly stabbing two of his fellow inmates last month. 51 year old Raymond Oechsle Jr., is facing numerous charges including attempted criminal homicide. In April, Oechsle was charged with first degree murder for killing his neighbor, 38 year old Christopher Helsel, and then living with the dead man’s body for several days.
