A report by WTAJ indicates that St. Francis hosted some 400 high school students on its annual S.T.E.A.M. Day. The letters stand for science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. The event is to try and educate students on what lies ahead for their future as well as the future of our country. Also, it gives the students information about possible careers in any one of these particular fields. It also gives the high schoolers a small sample size of what college life is like, and how to navigate their way through a day in the life.
