New state figures released recently show online gambling is growing while in-person wagers at Pennsylvania’s casinos isn’t. A report by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board shows casino gambling dropped a little more than three-percent in October, compared to a year ago. Meanwhile, online slots gambling revenue was up 27-percent, and online table games and sports betting each increased 19-percent. Officials say thanks to the strong increase in online gambling, the casinos’ total revenue for the month was up more than seven-percent.
