News reports indicate that Michael Cogdell entered his plea yesterday on charges that he shot and killed Marvin Price back in January. Price was found inside his car on January 23rd. Price’s wife, Lexus Simms is also facing charges in this case. She is charged with stealing a phone from the crime scene, a phone which according to the report belonged to Cogdill. He was arrested after police tracked him down in Las Vegas. Cogdill, who pled to 3rd degree murder is facing 38 years in prison for the killing.
