WJAC reports that police were called to 6th avenue and 12th street intersection around 11 pm Friday night. Apparently an 80 year old man was in the area when he was struggling to get to his feet after falling onto the roadway. Police say several vehicles passed the man before a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup struck the man. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
