Hollidaysburg Borough police are warning residents of a man described as mixed race, between the ages of 30-40, going door to door, requesting to see gas and electric bills. Police say the man, who claims to be from Penelec, has been seen wearing a shirt that says “clean energy.” Hollidaysburg Police say he attempts to gather personal information and asks for cash. You are reminded to NEVER give out your personal information or invite anyone into your home you do not know. If you know who this person is, or if you see him, you are asked to call 911.
