A report in the Altoona Mirror indicate that the Hollidaysburg police dept has received reports of a mixed race man going door to door, claiming to represent Penelec, and was asking to see residents gas and electric bills. The police also say that the suspect asks for personal information and cash. He is described as being between 30 and 40 years old, wears jeans and a shirt that says clean energy. If this person shows up at your door, contact police immediately.
