A 39 year old Centre County man has been arrested and charged for allegedly possessing and disseminating material depicting child sexual abuse. Pennsylvania State Police have identified him as Louis Wetzel of Howard. Reportedly State Police received information from the FBI that a man in Boston was in possession of child pornography and had been allegedly exchanging images with Wetzel. Wetzel has been charged with one felony count of child pornography and disseminating photos or films of child sex acts. Wetzel has been released on unsecured bail. His preliminary hearing is slated for Dec. 13th.
