The hunt for a Blair County Prison inmate, who escaped on Sunday is continuing. Reportedly, 33 year old Isaiah Tilgman was able to escape the lock-up by accessing a ventilation shaft and using a rope made from prison clothing to gain access to an unsecured window and roof. He is described as a black man, standing 5’10”, weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and eyes and having a beard. Tilgman, who is from Philadelphia, was in the Blair County Prison on numerous drug related charges. If you know of his whereabouts you are asked to call 911.
