The  Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office is warning state residents of common scams that ramp up during the Christmas Season.  In a news release, Attorney General Michelle Henry said, “take some time to learn what these scams look like in order to protect your property, finances, identity and other personal information.” The scams to be on the lookout for include delivery stealing, romance scams, credit card skimming, email and text phishing, and online pet scams, just to name a few.  Anyone who believes they may have been scammed should file a police report, and file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
