After receiving several trespassing complaints, the Roaring Spring Borough Police are advising residents that the grounds, buildings, sheds, and surrounding areas of the former paper mill, including surrounding woods, are exclusively off limits, due to safety concerns. Those who are not affiliated with the new owners or security staff that is now in charge of the mill and its grounds, will be prosecuted for violation of trespassing.
